Throughout the year, Hickory Chiropractic Clinic will offer a limited number of examinations to educate your loved ones about health and the importance of the spine.
As way to show our gratitude to our patients we hold patient appreciation days (PAD) through out the year. These events are held quarterly, and usually we have a fun theme for the day (Ex. valentines day, “spring into health”, Hawaiian T-shirt day etc.). We always provide healthy snacks/drinks, and most importantly it gives our patients the opportunity to refer a friend or family member for an initial exam at a reduced rate. This Memorial Day special includes:
- Personal consultation with the doctor
- Review of your health history
- Introduction to the importance of the spine in health
- Examination (includes x-rays if needed) for only $20.00 (normally $210)
- Personal invitation to a special health workshop
- Detailed report of all examination findings
